Fitness
Fitness is a physical activity allowing you to progress individually and at your own pace. Our machines allow you to work on your physique using cardiovascular or weight-training exercises, thereby improving blood oxygenation. At our establishment, you may freely use the various machines in our fitness room from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., which include the exercise bike, the treadmill, the elliptical, the multi-purpose weight-training machine and the rowing machine.
